This year we started our year with good plans and schedules in front of us, but as many of you - we also realized sometimes it was too much and the first things which started to suffer - were actually self-care issues. This is so automatic for most of us - if we get too busy, we start to cut out the most essential things which actually take care of ourselves. Like enough sleep or good healthy food or regular training or rest and social life.
The fact is that if we do not take care of ourselves for our personal life and well being, we can not contribute also for others - especially in our professional life.
In today's You Tube video we share our personal stories about the topic and what we did in order to change that.
