New Years resolutions are made by millions. Unfortunately many are made knowing or expecting them to fail.
Why is that?
Because of the many failed resolutions of the past?
The top 10 resolutions are
1 Lose Weight
2 Getting Organized
3 Spend Less, Save More
4 Enjoy Life to the Fullest
5 Staying Fit and Healthy
6 Learn Something Exciting
7 Quit Smoking
8 Help Others in Their Dreams
9 Fall in Love
10 Spend More Time with Family
These are all great resolutions.
So why is it so many of these resolutions / goals are made only verbally?
Do people not know a written goal and proper planning stand a better chance?
Are they saying they want to set and reach a specific goal but really don’t.
One study shows that within one week of making a New Year's resolution, one quarter- that's 25 out of 100- have already given up.
Sadly, after six months that number is down to 46%, less than half of the goals set are still in motion.
