I am much more conscious now and I know much more about my patterns and how these have influenced my life and what kind of functional patterns are keeping these still active and how to change it. I have faced many dysfunctional aspects and I have started to accept who I am with what I have. I have also got inspiration and motivation how to move forward and what I want from this life. I am much braver and innovative and I can express myself much better and I am so much more confident in my self-expression. I have finally managed to create more free time to my life (biggest abundance gift from the program) and more moments and time with myself which I did not even dare to ask for earlier. I have much more clarity about who I am, what I have come to create here, and how to go about it. All the suggestions from Crystal Ra worked, as I got better connection with my Inner Self and my needs. Because of that I also am much more confident on my own platform and have clarity how I should do things and organize it. When I set goals then even though these seem at times unreal - the fact was that by the end of the day it got done! If I would not have put words on them or formulated it into goals, it would not have worked this way. This worked like a positive programming. First time in my life I understood that I do not need someone else to be happy and live and that I can detach myself and I do not need a man beside me if I choose so. Of course I love to be married to the father of my children but it is not based on fear or lack but from the inner heart’s decision now. I have found certain security in myself and I believe I can manage.
I forgave myself, I was not that harsh on myself and because this was my mother’s critique I understood I can talk about it friendlier than earlier. This also caused my approach to everyone else as a kind one as I detached myself from her voice in my head. I am not that anxious, I am not hurrying, I am not pushing myself overly too much, I get everywhere on time, things flow in my life and if not I can figure out why and relax in the process. My relationship with my husband is now completely different. My relationship with my children is deeper. My relationship with my mom is better. I am more reasonable and calmer. I see how some old patterns do not work for me any more and instead of the drama and pain I choose softness and love. I have done some things during the program I never believed I would do and I have also stepped over the fear’s boundaries. I have talked honestly with my in-laws about important topics and got more clarity how others see things and do things. My world view has expanded and because of that I can understand why people behave in a certain way without me getting upset. As courage is usually not a problem for me - I loved different kind of courage assignments Crystal Ra gave me and customized for me, which helped me to step out of my self-made prison. The biggest challenge was to find time for myself and dare to ask for it and even for my morning writing time. To change my habits was very hard, but once I managed it - it was such an amazing feeling! Life is still not quite fully there for me yet, I do not feel that I am the Universe or God, but step by step I am learning how to navigate, suggest and create these currents which can carry me and I am not drowning in them any more and lose my energy as fighting with the wind mills. I have managed to achieve something more - more than what I planned. This would be a good program for people who are interested to dive deep into themselves and who love self-growth and work. Does not matter who you are or what your age or gender is. Just a reminder or spoiler alert - you still need to do quite a bit of work yourself. Once you do it - it will be successful! I recommend her program to everyone who is ready to change their lives and NOW not tomorrow!

I am very happy that in 2018 July our path’s crossed. This amazing growth and development, which I have had since that time has been su unbelievable and sincere and deep. 

Thank you so much for the 8 month’s online Abundance Program. It was challenging to go through it, but today I have a whole tool box, where I can start to choose the tools which I need at that particular moment. The biggest value was also your feedback to my homework. Some years later some things made me laugh, some were surprising especially where it has taken me by now. 

I discovered many new layers which came to the surface  but now I could approach it differently. Our body, mind and spirit cleanses all the time and when you know the tools you can add some speed or slow it down according to your personal needs, release and cleanse new layers. All that happened so I could continue stronger and healthier. I had very deeply healing Inner Family Archetype sessions. These meetings gave me inspiration and an opportunity to see the world and myself as a whole, healing and reorganizing all of the different parts. As all the sessions will be recorded - you can also continue this work even after the sessions and even later if there is a need. Listening and contemplating about life I had new things popping up which I can now release myself. Even years later. 

I am very grateful to you that you gave me this toolbox and introduced me all these different tools and that you are still there for me as a person who I can turn to and together we can find solutions which we have for certain situations. You can always give such a good feedback, which activates my whole body, mind and spirit and makes it flow easier and in a more balanced way. For me the Inner Family Archetype coaching program really worked and I liked it a lot. Generally I do not like to dig in the past and get stuck there, but with this program there was a lot of stuff which surfaced from the past. I rather like to focus on the present moment so that I can create this present life and also future.

But this kind of program - it is really good to go through at least once. Even just because after this you will never be completely alone, as you have connection with your Inner Family Archetypes and this is something I liked the most with this program. You will have much more fun with yourself. People around you will be an additional bonus. Many of the times we can not even figure it out that one particular moment has influenced us in our lives or is stopping us on our life path.

With this program a lot of “crap” surfaces which I did not even remember any more. This was so well hidden. Very often even just couple of days prior our next session some memory glimpses surfaced.  At times it was very challenging, and some of the stuff even brought up tears, but at the same time made me laugh, as I felt it is all dissolving and I will be done with it and that brought also more clarity. 

I love that these old topics which had been forgotten or forcefully hidden - got solved and totally released. I really loved that we took one month for each Inner Family Archetype and integrated all of them during the last month. I loved that in between our journey sessions we had a whole month which gave me enough space and time to test everything out and implement it all. I could fully digest it. I loved the way the program was built - very well thought through. The value I got is priceless. This program works for everyone who would love to work with themselves and get to know themselves a little better  and are ready to change their lives on a deeper level and say good bye to the past. I recommend this to everyone!
